Lou is the author of multiple books and audio tours about the Disney Parks, and founder of the Dream Team Project.
Lou also provides mentoring, consulting, and workshops to those looking to build their business and brand, and he’s also a keynote speaker who shares the magic of Disney and the importance of exceptional customer service as well as the power of new and social media, podcasting, live video, community, entrepreneurship, and how to follow one’s dreams and passions.
